An evening to bring mums together to have a pamper they deserve, and just to have some down time..

After doing some feedback recently, everyone is feeling the crunch, so I thought going out for dinner wouldn't be accessible for everyone, but I wanted to do something to enable those that work full time to have some space and time for them.

I'll be putting together a "Pamper Package" using Neals Yard products to enable us to do a full skin care routine, a nail file if you want to tidy your nails and a few other treats..

There will be a neck and shoulder stretching routine to and a breathing technique to really help ground us..

I'll also be providing Mocktails and snacks
