"What do people say..... "
Attended my first Zoom yoga class last night - as a novice who has tried several classes and never felt I was quite getting it, this was such a different experience. Working from home for the last few months has left me stiff and aching, particularly in my hips and my sciatica was starting to flare up - the poses Gemma taught in a lovely calm well demonstrated class have led to me feeling so much more mobile today with far more mobility- and much less pain - and that is after just one class! Can’t recommend Gemma enough - will make her classes a regular event - as an added bonus it was enjoyable too. Thank you Gemma - Elaine

I would 100% recommend Gemma. I attended her pregnancy yoga class from 26 weeks through to 38 (I would have continued right up to my due date if it wasn't for the Christmas holidays!)
The classes are great, there are often variations of moves to suit different stages of pregnancy and I've also learnt loads of movements and breathing techniques to use in labour.
I also booked a pregnancy massage with Gemma which I had at 38 weeks and it was amazing. So relaxing and enjoyable. I didn't want it to end!

I started pregnancy yoga from 12 weeks all the way until 40 weeks. Gemma is such a wonderful instructor making you feel at ease and always gives you ways to adapt positions to make sure you feel comfortable and getting the most out of your practice. I will miss pregnancy yoga but can't wait to take up another class with her once baby arrives!
