Service Description
An evening amongst the trees and full moon. We will start the evening with a circle, intention setting, letting go practice, breathing techniques to relax and soothe. Finishing the evening with Sonic Sound treating us to an incredible gong and sound bath under the trees and moon. You will leave feeling relaxed and completely grounded within the powerof nature. Please bring a blanket/sleeping bag Pillows or camping chair to make you comfy. Please note this is an all weather event, please wear appropriate attire, whatever the weather we will embrace!!!
